Journey Planner and HelMet are Finland’s most valued online services

Helsinki City Library’s HelMet Web Library and Helsinki Region Transport’s Journey Planner are Finland’s most widely recommended online services, as reported by the Taloustutkimus market research house of Finland.

In their annual survey of the valuation of Internet brands by users, Taloustutkimus questioned respondents for the first time on their likehood to recommend an Internet service to a friend or an acquaintance. HelMet took first place and Journey Planner second place in the likelyhood assessment.

The remaining eight of the top ten list comprised Google, Internet Movie Database, Spotify, Apple, Mozilla and the domestic domains of Dermoshop, Iittala and the online banks of Osuuspankki and Nordea.
